This all started over 30 years ago when I started asking the famous little question. Why?

 

- Why do mods change every year and is there anything I can do to impact the outcome?

 

- Why do some claims cause the mod to go up and others seem to have no impact at all? 

 

- Why does a small deductible in one state make sense, but in the state right next door, it makes no difference at all?

And there were many more questions. Eventually what started as a quest to answer just a few questions turned into a full time job. And, as most jobs do, mine really expanded as well. From accident investigations to return to work to injured employee contact management. The more I learn, the more I understand how a good mod management plan helps the employee as much as the employer. A clear and easy to follow path is one key to minimizing the impact of the injury.
